1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Mix butter, sugar, vanilla and egg together. Mix dry ingredients, add to the sugar mixture. Roll mixture into a "tube" and refrigerate
for one or more hours. Slice roll and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 10 minutes.
